Jeremiah and Trevor Have been taken care of me for years. They are the best and what they do and have the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I will rent from them and haul it across state just because I enjoy renting from them much. Thompson tractor couldn’t hire anyone better than these two guys. I understand the condition of a core is important but its obvious when you want the core not to qualify. 1. Disbelief in YOUR OWN printout.
2. call for second opinion, not uncommon. 3 Telling Customer they are wrong.. 4. 3rd opinion... why... 5. 4th opinion.. took (5) Persons to decide my core qualified for a full refund. company worth millions attempting to beat folks out of a few dollars..

We stopped without a appointment when our RV displayed a check engine light. Looked into our problem almost immediately and assured us we could proceed to Pa without a issue. A hugh thank you for being so nice to us

I feel very bad I drive my truck with a very loud noise and they told me that the differential was good and that the problem was the transmission, after they put the transmission the truck continued with the same noise and then they told me that it was also the Differential, conclusion I had to pay them the parts but I did not pay them for their work, really they were the ones who made mistakes but apparently they do not care that you spend more money. I had to take my truck to another workshop
