Not very smooth process. Was never given price sheet even though was asked for one. Was not informed it’s only cash or check. Meat came back ok. Bacon lacks flavor. Bacon and pork are going to give you a bucket of fat. Smoked sausage links are good. Photo of how fatty the sausage is.

Had a young heifer processed here, we are extremely satisfied with them and will use them again for our homestead. They pack in flat, clear, sealed and labeled bags. They store so much better in the freezer this way.
