WHAT A BURGER! What more can I say? Never disappoints. Even when I’m 3.5 hrs away, the service and quality is always the same. The new menu had more options for the whole family!!

Usually I don’t have problems, but lately it’s been terrible and seems to be getting worse. I ordered a triple combo on texas toast with Monterey Jack cheese, grilled onions, large onion rings and a large sweet tea. Also got a kids grilled cheese combo with diet coke. Received my order and they sent a "plain" triple burger, medium onion rings and a medium coke. No fruit snacks with the kids meal and wrong drink on that order as well.

This could be one of the worst rated store locations within the state of Alabama. The food is good if there is anyone in there working. The store is usually out of items. And the store is beyond majorly slow even when there’s no one there. I don’t know what to tell you.

I attempted to go thru the drive thru to order but the employee was being extremely difficult, she was slow and wanted me to repeat my order over and over...... I dont know if she was new or just didn't care. I went in to order and this young lady was on point. The grill staff and lane crew took 20 mins to make 6 burgers and 3 orders of fries. The burgers were extremely salty and tasted very average. I will try a different location of Whataburger but I was impressed.

My wife and I stopped in today for our very first time. We ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger combo with large fries and large drinks. The fries were really good, the large drink was really large, and the sandwich was pretty big. They took our order after they greeted us. We paid and sat down while putting a number on our table. A lady came by quickly and checked on us. She brought our food out really quickly and it was hot and fresh. Tasted really good. At first we thought it was a lil expensive, but the burger was huge and we thought it was totally worth the price! I would recommend this place!

Food took forever, drive thru always closed down for some reason. Line is always long!!! Overall bad experience. Chicken sandwich was dry, you can tell it wasn’t fresh because fries were warm. Not to mention they didn’t have any ice

Worst experience at a whataburger...9/1/24 approx 5pm...2 cars waiting on their order at drive thru when I ordered....I dont like whataburger....but my girlfriend does..I ordered for her....we sat in drive-thru behind 2 cars.....for 9 min without moving....when we did make it to the window...12 min....I asked why were we sitting for so long...I was told by the young man with headphones on taking orders for drivthru...I don't know..I just work here....wow....what great customer service...we were in a hurry so I pulled off...was told to stop before leaving parking lot..our order was wrong...she had ordered plain cheeseburger and fry combo with water...she got 2 orders of fries instead...she went in lobby...was in there approximately 5min...she came out and was mad...when she told them what was wrong...they said sorry...and handed her a plain hamburger
..not a plain cheeseburger...she had to show them the receipt again to finally get her cheeseburger...which wasn't hot and her fries were mushy...overall not a good experience...I do not like whataburger because even when I say light mustard on my burger...it still squirts out corner of my mouth when I take a bite...that has happened 3 straight times at whataburger...3 different locations...I do not eat there anymore...learned my leason...oh but remember fast food workers want a raise because their job is so hard...wow
