Nothing beats the family pack deals! Value and quality go hand in hand with them. Their whole split chicken is a favorite of mine, they season it so well. And the ribeye steaks are delicious. The staff has been very helpful with any questions I ask, and also provide great customer service. I always try to shop at family owned businesses, and this one is a favorite of mine.

Just amazingly great high quality meats. Everything I have purchased here tasted great, fresh, and high quality. Nice selection. Family packs on Facebook are a good value.

I visited this place on 7/11 at 3:27pm. Once home, I decided to separate the meat into smaller portions before freezing it. Once I opened the chicken thighs I immediately thought something was off. The chicken smelled rancid. Shortly afterwards I called the shop to inform them and they told me to bring the chicken back in so they could inspect it. I told them I would try my best as soon as I could, but I have a baby and live an entire town over so it would be hard to make it the next day. I decided to freeze the chicken in freezer bags. We were out of town for the weekend so I decided to bring the chicken in this week. I’m a brand new customer so I was not aware they were closed Monday and Tuesday. So today, Wednesday, I decided to make the drive to exchange the chicken for some fresh if possible since all I wanted was fresh chicken. I come in with my chicken and the girl (owner’s daughter) says there’s nothing they can do because it’s been 7 days past which is beyond their return window. I visited on 7/11 (Thursday) and returned on 7/17 (Wednesday) so that is only 6 days. They take my chicken and I don’t hear back on if it is definitely bad or not since it was frozen when I brought it in. They keep the chicken and the only thing I get in return is a 10% off my next family pack coupon, which is worth less than what I paid for the chicken. I feel completely gipped in the situation since I basically paid them money for a 10% off coupon which is worth less than the actual money paid. All I wanted to begin with was just fresh chicken. They made me feel like I was a bad guy for bringing rancid meat back. I do not plan on returning due to the sour taste the staff left in my mouth.

We bought a "family pack" was supposed to be 4 ribeyes, 1 lb of ground beef, 4 chicken breasts, 12 meatballs, and a seasoned split chicken. I gotta say those cannot have been ribeyes, they were honestly the worst Steaks I've ever had. The ground beef was also 60/40. We haven't tried the rest yet. I like to support small family buisnesses but the quality is lacking so far, I won't be back that this location.

Try the black chicken. It’s delicious and so easy to cook because it’s all reason seasoned. We also ordered custom cuts we can not get anywhere else. We make Barbacoa a Mexican dish that need requires different cuts of the cow. This is the only place that can get it. The meat even has a great taste.

Big difference in the quality of steaks that we get here vs Publix! I don’t mind the extra stop if we’re planning a good meal/steak night. It’s worth doing right. They always have other items that the grocery store doesn’t that we love to try. One of my favorites, aside from their ribeyes is their fresh brown sugar flavored bacon! I rarely post reviews but this place has earned it. Along with that, we’re fortunate to have this option in our city.
