After getting bad news from my physicians at UAB I needed a pick me up and a bit of fun. It sounds funny but it was just a wonderful visit walking around looking at "To the Trade" kitchen goods, the professional stuff. I needed a new sheet pan to purchase, so Bresco has 15 different types.The staff are helpful knowledgeable and just nice folks. Questions about kitchen goods? Bresco is the place!

Love it. Kitchen equipment that wears well. I've had half pan baking sheets for years. And the full size baking sheets for years I buy 2 of th full six to bake two sheets of cookies at once. They do NOT warp!!!!! Thanks. Enjoyed the visit this afternoon and my new glass pitcher that will hold HOT water. Sarah Duncan

Very interesting! Sorta like Restaurant Depot but I could literally walk up to the counter and ask for a 40 gallon black trash can with handles and they can look it up and get it delivered.... For free?. Whatever you need for a commercial kitchen and of course you can use them at home to but definitely if you need a new table top can opener, or a power hand blender as big as a small child that's the place to go!

Love this store! A little lacking in the service, but they were busy the day I was there and I feel sure they would've helped when I got to the counter (had I needed), BUT the guy took my purchases to my car! Prices are great, especially compared to Restaurant Depot. Got a paella pan (big, more than 12") for less than $12.00. I'm getting rid of my cookware that is not stainless steel, and got a HEAVY 17.5 quart stockpot for about $53.00. Heavy stainless cooking utensils for less than $3 each. Def will be going back! 9/9/17

Today was our first time going to Bresco, and it was truly a very pleasant experience. The staff seemed eager to help, were very polite, and Tyler did everything in his power to help us find what we needed, even OUTSIDE of the store! He followed up with an email later that day just to keep me updated on his progress on finding what we were looking for. Good customer service can be so hard to find, but Bresco has NAILED IT!

One of worst place and customer service ever i got. they said if i closed the case on paypal they would send a replacement item. up to 1 month there is also no change of goods. let's just pray that their sales run smoothly and are better at making money
