I was today in the store. The girl there (she told me her name and I guess is Manwalla I hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely nice, friendly and professional. At one point a rude customer came in yelling that she was given a wrong product. The worker, who was helping a few customers in the store and one over the phone, apologized but reminded her that she picked herself the product since it was in the clearance area and offered to help her with the right product. The rude customer kept yelling without any respect of the customers in the store and the one over the phone. She clearly wanted a free product and asked the worker so sneak it in her bag. That poor worker had to hung up with the customer on the phone and go getting her cell phone to call the manager. If it was me, I would have punched that customer in the face. 5 stars to the way she stayed calm and asked that customer to calm down too. I left the store for the bad vibes today but I will be back another day hoping for more peace lol and hoping to deal with the same worker!!!

I stopped in the store on my way home on august 30th and while i was waiting in line i notice an altercation between an employee and what seemed to be the store manager. From what i gathered, the employee had some questions about an upcoming schedule and the manager just point blank blew up. We all have bad days, but a manager taking it out on an employee is uncalled for and the fact that customers were present is beyond disrespectful.
The manager is the only reason for my 1 star . The employee took it like a champ and deserves more than 5 stars

Best store ever! They always go above and beyond to help me get what I need. Sonya has helped me so much over the years. I order over the phone, sometimes $500 worth of products and not one has ever been damaged. I always get exactly what I order. I love this store and the people in it! ♥️♥️♥️

This is such a lovely cosmetic store, I come here every year when I'm in town, I get the best deals on all my make up it's such a treat to get all these deals. Manuela helped me with everything, she went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for and then some , what a beautiful kind consultant we need more people in the world like her.
