A couple weeks ago I purchased a John Deere X370 Lawn Tractor from SunSouth in Foley. This is not my first tractor purchase through a John Deere dealer. I am very busy and had an amazing, glitch free, professional experience making the purchase, having all of my options honored and a timely delivery to my driveway in less than one week. Bryant McKnight was the sales rep who expedited and fulfilled my order and even personally delivered the tractor to my home. I feel I received a fair price and respectfully did not have to go through pointless haggling. Bryant was very professional and impressed me at every step in the process. He provided wise guidance regarding ongoing maintenance that assures warranty compliance. He gained my confidence and I will be sure to obtain future ongoing service with SunSouth. The reason I’ll never buy another skid loader from John Deere ….. have chased problems since 27 hours on this John Deere 325g ! Now at 130 hours and back to the shop she goes !
Even sold me a 8k dollar cutter for it that was suppose to be rated for 7” trees and it’s actually rated for 5” and not rated for my hydraulic flow either …..

I bought a used piece of equipment from them after asking all the right questions and test-driving it around the lot. Despite the salesman's assurances, I later realized their politeness was just to make a sale. Even though it was sold "as is," I expected some accountability if the equipment didn't match its representation. However, upon trying to use it at home, I encountered numerous problems. Despite contacting the salesman, I received only a cursory apology without any real assistance. It took me months to troubleshoot and fix the issues myself. Based on this experience, I won't be buying from this company again.

Great experience with Sunsouth Foley. Staff was friendly and on point. Definitely recommended doing business here even if you have to drive by a few other local JD shops to get here. Worth it.

I recently bought a JD 3038E with a trailer and several implements & attachments from Trevor at Sunsouth in Foley. From the minute I met Trevor, I could tell he knew his business. I so much appreciate a salesperson that knows their products well. On top of his product knowledge, I was most impressed with his service after the sale! He delivered my tractor and spent all the time necessary to make sure I was comfortable and confident using my new machine. I will not shop elsewhere!

We love this John Deere dealership. We’ve bought 2 tractors with multiple implements and a zero turn mower at Sun South in Foley, Alabama. Couldn’t be happier with my Salesman “Trevor” and the parts sales guys. They always treat us good and I would definitely recommend stopping in and see how they can help with your needs.
