Making transactions for a product that's not available or in stock, having customers to drive around to load the product that's already been paid for & find out they don't have any in stock!! In retail, communications and regular taking inventory is very important to eliminate this laziness and humility. Small community business in this economy can't afford to lose customers like they did me!!

Buy horse feed here for years..... Shelves stocked better now, than ever ! They RE-STRUCTURED their staff 5 months ago....What a great decision!!! Got rid of dead weight....

I was in need of 2 item's, I placed my call to ask if they would have them. I described actual size of a sealed 6 volt rechargeable battery, they confirmed that they had IT. My price would be 21.00 dollars. My 2 nd one was a transformer for a electric fence charger box. Again, no problem we do repairs on them. So I gave the name of the box, yes I'll have it. So I said I'll be on my way. We'll hold it for you. Form Phil Campbell area I left going to pick battery and transformer, when I get there I tell them my name, and they are holding a battery and transformer for me. A worker pulls out a battery 1/3 the size I gave him. I asked him if he was joking. I said that battery is nothing like mine, he asked if I had my battery, so I went to car and brought it in store. Now I have 3 guys looking. He sorta laughed, that's not the one but I do have it. He gets correct battery, now, a 21.00 battery turns into a 44.00 dollar battery. So I asked, get me a transformer for my charger. Man goes in the back, comes out and said we don't have one. I am really really aggravated by now. Man tells me a transformer is 31.00 new, I told him I can buy a new box for 30.00. He then replied I'll do the transformer for 20.00. I told him you don't have one. So I said I just WASTED my time and gas coming over here. I left. I was thinking, I work in retail and if I had told some one I have what you need, and put a price on it, knowing how far that customer was traveling I would done my very best to accomadate that person. I DO KNOW ONE THING, I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. This is a feed back, so please share with your workers. Maybe they will do better for customers that walks through their doors. Thank you .
