Absolutely an amazing experience!!
My husband and I took a ravioli making class for a date night and had a wonderful time! We learned so much and enjoyed getting to know the other class members and of course had a blast listening to Mari .

This was such a fabulous date night idea! We had gotten a class as a gift and it will now be my go to for gift ideas. Mari is fabulous- funny, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient! The food was delicious and I cannot wait to come back for another class!

We took the Ravioli class, and it was amazing! Mari is an excellent teacher, authentic, and very knowledgeable about all things cooking. We truly felt like we had spent 3 hours in Italy after we were done. PLUS: the ravioli was the best I had ever eaten! I highly recommend!

Mari is absolutely fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about everything from the type of flour to use to the “why” behind every step in the process of making different pastas. It’s a great experience, and I plan on going again! If you’re interested in making pasta, then you will not be disappointed with Mari!!

Mari did an incredible job teaching our group of 8 to make authentic busiste pasta like her family makes in Italy. Knowledgeable, fun, professional and a great teacher. The pasta had to dry so we packed it to take home but before we left, we ate some she had made that afternoon with a homemade pesto sauce that she showed us how to make as well.
