Every employee we came in contact with, was just wonderful. It was such a great visit to the hotel, restaurants, stores, and a forest light show. If you haven't been, it is so worth the trip. We go each year at Christmas to seek out a place to enjoy the start of the holidays. This didn't disappoint. Some in our family enjoyed it more than the Drake in Chicago. Such a beautiful peaceful Christmas outdoor show, with private places to sit and enjoy a bomb fire with your family, and play table games outside. Adults and kids drink along the way. The hotel has an indoor-outdoor jacuzzi that's the best in 17-degree weather. Everything we ate at the restaurant was top-notch, and we tried it all, steak, ribs, burgers, chicken, etc. I could go on and on just visit.

As a wedding coordinator and decorator, I had the privilege of working at Fair Oaks Farms. I was in contact with Summer, events coordinator, and Lou, catering supervisor. Both ladies were extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire complex is beautiful and welcoming. My staff and I stayed in their hotel which was clean, comfortable and conveniently located down the hall from the event center. We also hot, cheesy sandwiches from the Cowfe. If you have an upcoming event, I highly suggest Fair Oaks Farms! They have first-rate staff, service and facilities!

This is the 2nd time we have been here. Also, my son wanted to come here for his 4th birthday ? ? he absolutely loves this place. I do, however, think they are way overpriced on some items . everyone was very friendly and helpful, and that's always a plus for $35 bucks
and $5 for the bag. You can go apple picking. That was a lot of fun ?
all in all, it was a pretty great trip.

What a cool place to be! I stopped by Fair Oaks Farms on my way to Chicago from Indy, and the caramel pretzel brownie I got there is one of the best brownies I’ve ever had! I also got some Butterkase cheese, which is creamy and the few bites I got were yummy. There’s much I didn’t explore, so I’ll likely be back for the restaurant and a tour

Price not fair.. it's expensive.. items in their souvenir shops are also expensive., though they have some fun activities for the kids, but not all cand afford.. they also have dog park..

Relaxing, beautiful and a wonderful location to get away from stress of life. Love the hotel-very clean and well maintained. The views are amazing. The food was amazing! We will return!

Stayed at the hotel. Great enclosed walkway between the hotel and restaurant. It was pouring down rain outside. We didn't get wet. The meals at the restaurant are always fabulous ? ?. Great place! Highly recommend the restaurant. The little Cafe doesn't disappoint either. Their selections of cheeses are most definitely very popular. Take a little cooler pack so you can bring a few blocks of your favorite cheeses. Best yet, get a grilled cheese sandwich right there at the Cafe. Top your visit off with some ice cream at the Cafe. Before you leave, get some local goodies to take home.
