If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely dreadful to deal with over the past few years, I have been a member for a long time now and have all my banking with them. I applied for a loan and was refused due to a delay in them mixing up my paperwork, I submitted the documents twice, and somehow it is still not good enough. I have asked for my account to be closed.

Got a loan of 500 and asked for in to be put into my account as i bank with them, i was going to a hotel in cavan, on the way i went to a garage and put diesel into my car only to find they took the money back from my account because they made the mistake of putting a cheque in the envelope, leaving me with no money so i had to cancel the hotel and drive home with my partner, but today 14/9/24 is what really annoyed me, its my daughters birthday so i booked emerald park and started putting money in my demand account to spend in the park and go for a meal afterwards, the app is down meaning i can't transfer the money into my current account to spend, so i was left in emerald park with the 70 euro i had in my current account, as i was unable to access my demand account, as you can imagine 70 euro wouldn't go far with 3 kids, i couldn't even bring my family for a meal on my daughters birthday, and with it being a Saturday i can't contact anyone from dubco, i wouldn't recommend anyone join dubco, their customer service is absolutely atrocious, and you can be sure that the management at dubco don't care about situations like this happening to their customers

Joined this credit union as interest rates were better than the credit union I was with, I applied for top up loan few times for genuine things and been refused what credit union leaves an expecting single mother with no money to prepare for a baby on the way dubco does absolute joke they are can't even find anywhere to help me out and running out of time to get pram and baby clothes and everything I need for new born the stress this credit union has caused me to have a miscarriage what a joke trying to email them and so slow to reply back need better service of replying

Just want to express my appreciation to your staff member Joe for his patience and courtesy in guiding us through the process of switching our current account to Dubco last week. All done and dusted within the week. If you are a customer of Ulster Bank or KBC you could do worse than consider Dubco as an option.

Excellent Credit Union. The staff are very helpful and informative. The Docusign is great where you can sign for a loan on line and it saves a trip to Dublin

Woeful company to deal with. Was a member of the old credit union this shower bought out for 20 years. The telephone staff are extremely rude and not particularly intelligent. I've had one loan and tried to get another and even though my savings are more than the loan they expect you to jump through hoops. A personal loan that you need to account for every penny.. Account closed. Will go elsewhere.

I had a problem accessing my account, I needed to make a transaction ASAP,. Joe from Dubco, was extremely helpful , solving my problem and the cash was transferred efficiently to an external account.
