1st Impressions created a beautiful paver patio for me, that I love. The installers were amazing and went above and beyond to create an amazing patio for me. The landscaping end was disappointing as 50% of what was installed failed, and even though the warranty initially replaced one failed shrub, it failed as well. Subsequently, communication with this company became spotty and I now assume that they are unwilling to continue to work with me as emails have been ignored. Because the patio is so perfect, I wanted to continue a relationship with 1st Impressions to complete additional projects, but I have instead reached out to other companies.

We’ve bought several plants from 1st Impressions in the past and have always been happy, but recently we purchased several yards of mulch for a project and were blown away. Their mulch is gorgeous—dark, finely shredded, and excellent quality for the price.

The customer service is truly top-notch. We stopped by twice in one day, and the third time we called ahead because we knew we’d be pulling in just a few minutes before closing for a brush dump and one last yard of mulch. They not only waited for us, but greeted us with a smile and helped us out without hesitation.

It’s rare to find a business that combines great products with this level of customer care. Highly recommend 1st Impressions to anyone looking for plants, mulch, or landscaping supplies—you won’t be disappointed!

Very disappointed! Won't return.

We've worked with them for years; however after a friend's experience...won't. Our friend went for a load of dirt. The backhoe driver ruined his truck. While waiting on insurance claim, our friend asked 1st Impressions to still get the dirt. They wanted to charge him $125 delivery fee (3 miles) & cost of dirt. Really?

Kyler and his crew did a great job for us and showed concern for our wishes throughout the entire process. Equipment failure dogged them and the job took longer than anticipated, but they handled it all like pros.

We usually travel and cut down our own tree because we get them 13 feet+ tall. I called First Impressions this year and they had just gotten in their trees and said they had some 13 footers. We went over and got one. So pleased. It looks great. Staff was helpful and the trees looked so nice. Fist time getting a precut- Success!! Thank you Wagner's!!

Dean and 1st Impressions have always done great for our family. John F. Just did a Gazebo for us. And he went the extra mile to make it blend in . And look better then what I could of imagined! He does great work. Plus going to the same school with one of the owners was another good reason. Plus I believe in doing local businesses.
